(daily activities, nationalities, maps and directions, time expressions, company structure, company activities,descriptive adjectives, telephone expressions, dates, customer service department, customer problems and solutions, employment, computers, social and work situations, commercial correspondence)
esercitazioni su conversation/comprensione registrazioni audio e filmati – dialoghi di gruppo – simulazione conversazioni in contesti di vita quotidiana.
Mod. 3:business english 12 ore
acquisizione di terminologia specifica attinente i contesti lavorativi:
making a reservation- about the company- placing an order-
customer service department- customer problems and solutions-
commercial correspondence.
Mod.4: reading & conversation 35 ore
social situations: uso dei principali american idioms.
arricchimento del vocabolario personale: lettura – traduzione e discussione in classe con ausilio di materiale autentico.
comprensione registrazioni audio e filmati.
Mod. 5 diritti e doveri dei lavoratori temporanei (ore 4)
